As PWNY's Poet of Transformation, Byars will work with ministers and congregations in addressing two foundation questions of transformation:
1. Who are we...
- as individuals?
- as members of the congregation?
- as congregations?
- as members of the larger community?
2. What is it that God is calling us to do?
-
Goals for the work of the Poet of Transformation include working spiritually, sensitively, and systematically with ministers and congregations in the following areas:
Development of leadership (pastoral as well as congregational)
