Grant Information: The application period for 2010 grants has closed.
"When I got the letter, I immediately emailed our project manager, Fred Sserwangu........ Because I had not even told him I had applied for this grant or was planning to help him build the community center, his reaction was complete jubilation! He said everyone nearby came running into the internet cafe in Kyotera Town to see why he was yelling and laughing "like a crazy man."......The plans are now being drawn up, we have a budget, and the land has been chosen along the main dirt road........I can't thank you enough and when I visit Bethlehem in December 2008, I am sure I will be overwhelmed with thanks from the people of Bethlehem." ~Excerpted from a letter from Deborah Naybor, Executive Director, Both Your Hands, to the Outreach Ministry Team, dated July 8, 2008 Both Your Hands was one of many recipients of a Presbytery Outreach Ministry grant in 2008.
